Music
I am an avid collector of an eclectic myriad of music. My musical tastes stem largely from bands emanating from the 80's but is not entirely limited to that era.

A substantial and ever growing list of my collection can be found here: Discogs Profile: DeadMouse

Movies
While I love a good movie, the term "good" is highly subjective. Personally, I think the quality of movies over the last 10+ years has degenerated to the point of being irrelevant. Especially considering that a considerable amount of movies these days are either remakes of an older movie or loosely derived from other sources. It seems that lately there has been virtually no true originality left to warrant even watching a majority of the new movies being released.

Here are some movies that have had an impact on me over the years:
American Beauty
Apocalypse Now
Pi
Planet Of The Apes (1968 Version)
The Matrix (the first movie)

UniqueSnakes, The Herp Bookshelf, Media Blitz, Hognose Heaven, Oh Rats!

Thank you very much! We really enjoy working with the hogs, they are a very unique species. :)

It was my pleasure checking out your page. You not only have an impressive collection of Thayeri (which someday I would like to get into), but you also post about some very interesting topics. So, thank you for that. :)

Thanks for the kind words about both my collection and my topics...although my topics sometimes get me into trouble...lol. After looking at your pics, I really liked the way the hoggies personalities seemed to come across in the pics. I also like the pic where you have the small male next to the larger female head on. Is there usually that much dimorphism between the males and females, or was that just a really young male next to her? In other words, does the size difference usually balance out with maturity?

And as luck would have it, all 3 ate their first live pinkies last night! I couldn't be happier. :)

Hope you had a great Christmas.
