Hi, my name's Alexis. I live in one of the greenest places you'll find in Oregon. I love nature and being outdoors. I love animals too, often more than I like people. Reptiles have a special place in my heart, they fascinate me and I think they're pretty amazing.

Snakes! Especially pythons and boas. I also have a passion for local and native herps.

Reptiles of course, also sustainable living, backpacking, art, music, wildlife conservation, ecology, environmental studies, writing, plants and animals, herbology, etc...

Some of my favorites are: Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Beatles, The Doors, Jethro Tull, Steely Dan, Bob Marley, the Decemberists, the Devil Makes Three, Tom Waits, Frank Zappa, the Yonder Mountain String Band, Sage Francis, and many more...
I like movies to, one of my absolute favorites is Princess Mononoke. Also Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Dances with Wolves, and the Lord of the Rings are a few.
