Thanks for the compliment on my kestrel pictures. I'm crazy about our smallest falcon, and I'm fortunate that they winter here. With any luck, I'll have more of these pictures this year.

Thanks for the help. It still seems a bit confusing to me though. I guess it just requires lot of experience with both. =)

I see what you were saying about the corns but don't blood corns look
like disfussed corns when they are young?  How would
you know which was which if you were looking at both as hatchlings.
Also doesn't age play a role in the reduction of pattern in the blood
corns? So if your blood wasn't mature wouldn't it still contain
juvenile patterns? Just curious =)

Yeah I bought a pair of bloods het anery off someone on this site that I do plan on breeding but they wont be ready for a while as for the diffused corns I sold them since blood and diffused is the same gene and I already had bloods I might produce more this season thou as for the cresties I personaly love flame cresties I just put together a colony of flames and hope they produce soon the males screamer he looks like hes on fire and then I have my other colony thats more varied with a yellow male a brindle red/orange dalmation female and a dark dalmation harliquin female and they have been throwing off screamer babys :) as for getting your geckos going Id advise keeping your female by herself feed her well and let her grow I personaly dont breed gecko females till they hit there full size that way there bodys can handle the stress of breeding and less chance at problems happening the females in my first colony didnt breed till they where almost 3 years old! all tho that was mainly due to the fact I didnt have a male once I had him and he was put with my females they got busy right away

I thought that blood red corns were made up of more than just diffusion. I've seen differnt looking bloods and I thought that was the reason. Anyways thanks for the advice about breeding cresteds. I will have to change things around to make sure that my females get big and fat. I liked all the morphs you said you were breeding. Good stuff! I have 1 rust halequin, 1 yellow flame, one orange tiger dalmation, and one partial pinstripe dalmation that I think it is black. It's hard to tell. He may be olve or brown. Anyways thanks for your help and I hope I can get things going soon.

So with your cornsnakes do you plan on breeding blood red corns? What do you plan to do with your diffusion corns? What crested gecko morphs did you produce or try to produce? I also was curious about how to get the geckos to mate. I haven't had much luck breeding them. Do the females have to be really large? I know I have two breedable males but my females may not be old enough. I was just curious about that. Did you every breed any other ratsnakes?

Have you produced any cornsnakes or crested geckos? If so what have you produced? I'd like to know because I plan on breedng both and I like to know a little more about them. =)

Well, I've pretty much done a 50% swap out in my collection over the last many months. Tastes change I guess. But I guess my new cuties measure up! Thanks :) You have quite a collection yourself, a variety. I never really got too much into lizards for some reason, but I can see the appeal.
