getting my snake to eat

ive only have had my snake a ball python, for about three weeks now but no mattter what i do she wont eat. she came to my work first as a drop off. the night we got her we feed her and she ate the mouse like a beast. 3 days later i took her home.  at first i thought maybe she was home sick so i gave lots of attention and she still gets alot of attention. ive tried everything to get her eat. shes use to live food. ive tried three different colour mice and different sizes. ive also tried f... So as of yet i have not employed any techniques in getting him back Feeding but tomorrow im gonna get him into a 10g tank with his vine and some nice hides and his water bowl and then see where things go from there ill offer him a mouse too and see how that goes ... (at least the mouse is only $1 vs $2 ratpup haha oh and they can be kept alive for extended times :D). Update tomorrow night.
