I just got a female Dumerils Boa from a reptile expo near baltimore. She was so sweet and docile that i fell in love right away. Unfortunately I knew the ride was going to be pretty stressful on her cause we had to stop at my grandmothers and then drive 45 minutes to get home but she still seemed fine when i got home i held her while my boyfriend set up her tank. But for the past 2 days we have left her alone to get use to the new enviroment but for some reason she will strike out of her hide at the glass even though im on the other side of the room on my bed so im going to leave her alone for a little while longer but if anybody has any insight on what is the problem or what is best that i should do i would appreciate it very much thanks.

Maybe she can see her reflection on the inside of the glass, and thinks it is another animal. Sort of like dogs and cats barking and hissing at their reflection in a mirror.
Does she have a hide? Also, you could try putting a towel or sheet over her tank to cut down on any reflections and give her more of a sense of seclusion and security.
Keeping cats allows man to cohabitate with tigers. Keeping reptiles allows man to cohabitate with dinosaurs.

Yeah she has a hide. She's in it when she does it. Thanks for your help
