You likely already know about this site. Lots of zonata folks there.

I only have pyromelana; was afraid to get zonata because of zonata disease. With either species, it is a good idea to also keep a colony of fence lizards for scenting, to get the babies going. I had a pair of pyros that probably would have starved to death as babies but for my lizard colony. They now eat pinks. Zonatas are very similar, but I don't think as difficult as grey banded kings.

A member at Kingsnake.com who is very knowledgeable concerning zonata is Peter54.

Keeping cats allows man to cohabitate with tigers. Keeping reptiles allows man to cohabitate with dinosaurs.

Yep...I'm Very aware of the KS Mountain King subforum....
A poster there by the name of Jerry Kruse has an awesome collection....
I correspond with him from time to time.
I am aware of all the Zonata 'problems'....
I was just wondering if anyone on here was working with them....
I am intrigued by them since we work with Mexican Montane species....
I may start a small collection of them one day.....
Want to add to the 1.1 Pyros and the 1.0 Knob one day....
