WHAT IS CAUSING SO MANY OF SNAKES TO CHANGE?

Description: Has everyone seen the new coral snake that was listed somewhere. It is mostly black and near the head is where you can make out the 3 specific colors. I have seen albino ones can't remember the name but lack black, they are red, yellow and white, and the new one just found in the wild is black, small bit of red and yellow near the head.

The question is what is causing these snakes to change their colors?
